Cuts are off and more!

So I’ve been running into issues where every cut is slanted. And when I run the calibration setup, I get to the portion where it does the test cuts. When I get to this stage the router and sled hits the bottom of my frame for the bottom cuts, thus putting off those cuts. In addition to that issue, I have limited space on the sides of my frame, so the sled hits the wall while performing the right side test cuts.

This usually indicates that one of your chains has jumped on a sprocket.

either trim the supports back a bit or put another layer of material behind your
workpiece to space it out a bit more.

can you pull the machine out a little bit to get this room temporarily? the
holey calibration has the cuts a little closer to the center

Hello and welcome to the forum. Can you post a picture of your frame and router/sled? My gut feeling is that you have a geometry issue if the sled can hit a wall on the right side and still stay on the workpiece.
