Is anyone else using the sfm/chip load calculations when setting their speeds?
Also does anyone know the maximum ips that can be achieved with the Maslow?
I asked this question before and there’s a link somewhere to that data (so hopefully someone remembers). However, from experience I’m getting around 1/2" (12.7 mm -ish) per second.
And tying that in with the other part of your question. In general you’ll want to drop your speed down to match the feed rate.
