This seems to be a knock off of ashlar vellum graphite from a generation back.
incredibly intuitive to use for 2d drafting.
Not sure how the file outputs will fit a workflow, but it’s worth a look?

This does have the ability to export to dxf/dwg so you should be able to use it.
unfortunantly it does not export .svg so you have to find a CAM program that
works with one of it’s export formats (or run it through another converter like
inkscape)
