I 100% agree. We need a bigger box and more padding. The problem is that we added a bunch of things to the design and beefed up a bunch of parts after we ordered the boxes so now it’s too tight in there.
We’re going to keep refining and improving everything, but we also want to get machines out into the world. It’s a trade off and I’d rather err on the side of sending things out too soon and having to fix things than on the side of waiting until everything is perfect because we can improve so much faster with your feedback. I just talked to the injection molding company about tweaking the sled mold to strengthen those parts a little and also using a lower percentage of glass fiber in the plastic to trade some rigidity for durability.
