Fusion 360 GCODE done now what?

Hi all in need of a little help, I am just getting started. I downloaded ground control, Arduino, and firmware update as the Maslow site said. The problem I can’t solve is, now that I created and saved a GCODE from fusion 360 I don’t know what to do?? I tried to send to Arduino but file is .NC from fusion and Aruino claimed it doesn’t use that file format?? am I supposed to send to ground control from fusion 360??
or do I need to do something else? FYI I am using window computer if you need that info???
Please Help, and thank you

Open ground control. Connect Maslow. Open nc file from 360 ( with grbl or Maslow post processor?) with ground control. Set machine home position ( if other than dead center for the origin of the gcode file you are running AND machine must already be calibrated), run/play the file.
