does anyone use fusion 360 for the maslow

Yes. There is a Fusion 360 sub-category, under software, here on the forum!
There is even a Maslow Post Processor for Fusion!
Fusion is a CAD/CAM software that can generate gcode. GroundControl is what you use to send the gcode to the arduino, which controls the motors etc.
