Just did my first run with RPI. Ran 7505 lines of code with no errors! the GC import worked perfectly, the only changed need was the port. With it connected I reloaded the gcode from the last job on the same board and it follow the path that was started with GC and it matched perfectly.

I think this brings an end to this problem. It went in a totally different direction than what I thought was going to happen but it was well worth it. I would like to thank everyone who helped with this issue, without people like you on this forum I would never have gotten this far and would have probably scraped the whole thing or spent a lot more money on getting it to work.
