Grid knife guide

Starting some threads to share the things I’ve been building since I got my Maslow set up! First up is a grid for cutting a large block of protein bar into reasonably consistent bar sizes. A coworker’s wife is starting a business selling keto-compliant protein bars. Their kitchen they work with has an extrusion mechanism for forming the bars but it’s extremely slow with the thick protein bar material. Instead my coworker designed a guide that workers can use with a double handle knife to quickly cut the bars to the right sizes!

This was cut out of 1/2" HDPP cutting boards using a 1/8" 2-flute bit at 10k rpm and 40ipm feed rate. Design was made by my coworker in Fusion360 and I used WebControl to do the cuts (the 3d gcode view saved me a few times!).
