How to cut a 6" hole in plywood

Once the machine is built, how do you cut a 6" hole in plywood?

Is there a user guide or documentation I can refer to?

Fred

In order to cut you need a GCode file. There is a huge variety of programs to create what you need. One of the simplest and easy to use is KrabCam
KrabzCAM
Go into KrabsCam and on the Work surface press 0 (zero) to generate a circle. Adjust the size to what you want (S for scale). On left menu change to in, then select profile inside, set your safety height, Target depth, Step down depth etc
The following is a short demo of getting a drawing to cutting a shape.

Talking now about the video -

Do you set the size of the Rabbit in inkscape or in Krabcamz?

You can set it in either. I like to get it the right size in inkscape, when you draw things there you can use coordinates and specify sizes exactly. but it is possible to scale in krabzcam too. Might be harder to scale perfectly there and it is important to select all and scale x and y at the same time.
