also is there a way to get it to stop if you disconnect mid cut because mine wont listen after?

Not really 
It’s still a bit funky. That is on my todo list to work on, but it’s actually surprisingly involved because of the way FluidNC handles states. It’s pretty tricky to get everything lined up to resume safely. It is on the agenda though so hopefully soon!

if it crashes can you just restart the cut and it will be in the same spot?

okay thank you, i didn’t know but kind of figured it would be, but i just didn’t know considering having to take the belts down and put them back on every time
