Jogging the Z zero during a cut

Hello, had a quick question.
I came from a shop that ran a Saber 408 router and there was a nifty feature on the control board that let you jog the Z-Height up and down during a cut, in case it was not cutting deep enough or cutting too deep into the spoil board, does MakerVerse have a similar feature? I tried sending GCode during the cut but it did not respond. It would be cool if you could unlock the Board during a cut and set Z adjustments on the fly though!

That sounds like an interesting feature.

Yea man, such a simple tool but worth every penny to have available!

I contacted MakerMade and they responded that they passed the function idea on to the devs, it may be in the next version update!

Yep, being able to jog the z while cutting would be useful. Also useful is the ability to slow down or speed up the “feed rate” dynamically [in case your bit is chattering or burning/melting instead of cutting.]
