This time used a different file but it had the same cut in it and it had almost the exact same failures as you can see in the picture above and below are the two different file cuts.
The first few passes are ok, then the next couple passes its starts to do that dipping motion, then the next pass it makes that sharp downturn and stops with errors.
Right now I’m trying to completely different file with no straight line cuts and we’ll see if it makes it all the way through.

Let me know how it goes! I’ve seen the 15 mm error more frequently on straight cuts rather than curves. But I will say that its always the Bottom Left for me not the top right.
I also have seen that motor movement too! Bottom left again. I took apart the whole arm to see if the screws were loose, but it was just the motor. Ill send you a direct message with a code for a replacement.
Can you get a video when this is happening? I feel like I might be able to know more from a video.
This Mario Face seems to be cutting perfect so far. The issue definitely seems like it’s on straight long cuts, at least for me. Thank you Anna for the offer, I will most likely do that. I wonder if others having this issue are noticing that little twist in the motor like I have.

Bar, I will try to get you a video. But like I said the first couple passes are fine and then it will start doing little dips and then the next pass it’ll do larger dips and then the next pass it’ll do that sharp downward movement and fail.
