List of things not to do to avoid Retract, Extend, etc

I’m on 1.15… what are the things that will cause me to need to Retract, Extend, Apply Tension?

My experience so far is that if I’m ready to cut and then I wait an hour and come back it can cause the need to retract. Sometimes; not always.

Sometimes I can release tension and slide material under it and then reapply tension; other times not.

Sometimes I’m able to release tension and swap a bit; other times not.

This should ONLY need to be done after the machine gets powered off and even then most of the time you should be able to just apply tension. You should only need to retract if it loses power while it is moving

I wish that was the case for me. It has been extremely fragile… sometimes losing the plot without ever releasing tension.

I would check the power and see if there is any way that it is losing power.

What state does it report being in when that happens (it says in the top right corner)

Could also be just the browser losing connection, sometimes a refresh can bring things back.
