I agree that the Makita adapter is important especially for international. I do have one designed, but I need to do some more testing before I can certify it as 100% good to go.
That being said if you were interested in trying it and giving me feedback I can quickly make any changes that you recommend.

Edit: Because 3D printed parts are quite slick I would recommend adding something with some grip like some strips of electrical tape to the inside to help the router hold
