Hi,
I am currently having an issue with the bottom left belt motor.
When pressing retract all, the bottom left motor will only retract about 2-3 cm each time, even at 2100 retraction force.
After reinstalling the firmware update, the belt did retract all the way, but now it stopped working again.
I have changed the bottom left arm with the bottom right arm, but the bottom left still doesnt work. (indicating it isn’t the motor itself but the main board maybe?)

What happens if you extend that belt out by running extend all and pulling on it?
Extending all works fine, but it will only retract 2-3 cm each time I press retract all. Eventually got it to retract all the way (spamming the button), but also during calibration, it only extends and doesn’t retract. I have tried extending all after, but it still doesn’t retract all the way. A new main board is on its way right now, hopefully that will fix the problem.
