I’ve just started assembling my Maslow4 and notice that the through pins on the encoder boards are very close to the bearings.
I measured 2mm clearance between the board and bearing, and the pins on my boards are 1.5 to 1.7mm long. Not long enough to short out, but 0.3mm was close enough that I couldn’t tell by eye and took the arms apart to make sure. I snipped them a bit shorter before reassembly just in case.
I couldn’t find any other reference on the forum, but I wonder if there should be a note added to the assembly guide to make sure they do not touch the bearings.
Other than this the instructions for the arms are good. Haven’t made it farther yet
