Motors doing something not expected

Noticed something weird with one of the motors while running through re-calibration.

See for yourself - watch the black marks on various parts of the motor body.

In fact, the motor opposite this one, is also doing the same thing.

I have seen that happen before. The solution is to tighten this screw which unfortunately is not so easy to do
