Thank you. This is what I did and I’ve watched it several times. Once I did this (on the sled) and no tabs were left. One other time I did this and they never even appeared to move around or anything. I gave up after the 3rd or 4th attempt, figuring that I couldn’t guarantee their presence in cut anyway (based on my sled experience).
Tabs start at the bottom of your cut, so if you’re going slightly deeper than your material to ensure a clean bottom cut, then you need to take that extra depth into account when designing your tab depth.
