I need help. I have calibrated the machine and I am able to move it with the buttons. I have defined the XY home. I loaded a couple different gcodes program When I run any of the files I get the same results. I can see the program running on my screen the x, y and z coordinated changing but, only the z axis on the machine is responding to commands.

I haven’t seen this exact issue before, but it sounds to me like maybe the machine is locked?
Can you post a sample of the gcode and maybe a screen shot of the UI when this is happening?
You could also try this, without a bit in to save actually cutting or with it raised

First cuts at z-2, deepest cut is z-4 so set your Z home 6mm above normal if you want to air print

Feed rate in the Gcode was too fast for the machine. I have dropped it down and now have x aand y movement. What is the range of feed speeds that are within the range of the machine?

Weird, it should auto limit to a reasonable feedrate. You can go up to about 2500mm/min
I have been very patient, knowing there would be a learning curve with this machine but, I have had it . I have had this for three weeks and it has been one problem after another, broken parts, snapped cables retracting, extending ,Calibrating,recalibrating. and still not able to cut a single design. This is not working for me. I am requesting a refund and to return this machine.
