I bet onshape is resizing the part automatically during the right click and create drawing part of the process. I would recommend making a single drawing of all the parts, then right click somewhere on the drawing and change the drawing scale to 1:1. That way all of the parts will be in the same file at the same scale
@bar - right you are… (sorry, somehow I didn’t see your post here until today, but haven’t been able to work on this until now anyhow). Your video on how to do this mentioned setting the scale correctly and that was the key… rest worked like a champ!
