We received our Maslow back in January of 2026. I tried updating the firmware and was unsuccessful. I shelved it at the time to mess with it at a later date. Fast forward to present and I don’t remember what I did/didn’t do and now I am completely unable to access maslow.local. I have zero experience with this and how to set it up or update the firmware and I really want to get it up and running. Is there a way to factory reset maslow?
Yes, you can reload all the software via a USB cable. see the following video. Download the latest software versions and substitute that where video asks for V1.0.
Before trying that, can you see a maslow network on WiFi, If so, you should be able to access the Maslow via that network.
