Rigid Router Z Axis Problem

Hello again, everyone. I’m slowly working my way through getting this whole thing figured out. My current problem is this:

I have the Z Axis motor and it spins like it should but there is a button on the side of the router and I’m not sure if it needs to be pushed in or not or what the problem is but the Z Axis never actually goes up or down. It spins and that’s about it. Everything else works. I can move it left, right, up and down, but for some reason the depth never changes.

Any ideas? I can take a video if it’ll help.

The orange button should have a square end that clicks into the router body when correctly positioned. This is what moves the router up and down with the motorized screw.
