I have found a design online, but they have it available in rvt format. I dont have autodesk. or a shopbot. Does anybody know or have a way to load a rvt project and export the files to svg?. is there a way to generate a cutable gcode from rvt files?

There seems to be no “free” direct route. From a DWG to SVG is possible. https://www.safe.com/convert/ifc-revit/dwg/
What is the file about? A clean screen-shot from an online viewer and then using the trace bitmap function could also get you there if there are not to many details.
