Still being challenged

At the top of the page with the buttons it should say the machine’s current state like this:

That might help us to understand what’s going on.

It would also help to know if you refresh the page does that stay the same?

I believe I’ve removed all files and am starting over. I’ve downloaded the below files.

How should I move forward from here?

When I connect to the router, this is the page I get.

what happens if you upload the index.html.gz file?

I downloaded the windows 1.10, downloaded the index, and yawl files and it has brought me to this screen. Everything is currently 1.10.

I will next try it on the frame and see what happens……. Stay tuned.

We seem to be moving along!

How many times does the fitness restart?

It keeps showing calculated fitness too low, automatically restarting fitness. Over and over again.

Over and over again.

When the fitness is really low, it will never complete (<0.2 is where we tend to
see this)

This usually means that it has some bad measurements (either the first one is
bad on horizontal frames, from frame flex, from a belt catching on something, or
bad Z offsets. not a complete list)

So start over?

Can you put up a copy of the latest log file (where you have tried to calibrate )

I don’t believe I captured that. I started over this morning and it seems to have gone a lot further than yesterday. Once it is complete I may attach that file.

Fitness is up over 87000 at the moment.

Maslow-serial.log (49.2 KB)

I spoke too soon. Attached is the log.

Now it is self destructing and spitting pieces of plastic out. All Thea specks of black are pieces of plastic! It stopped and started making grinding noises!

Somehow during the calibration it pulled the belt up Into the gearing and wiped out several gear teeth. On one of the spools.

That can happen

The new belt guards help to keep the belts out of the gears but they aren’t fool proof

I will DM you a code for a free replacement right now.
