I’m able to get to this screen then nothing happens. I did notice my clamps for the router are both broke. So I need to order another set of them. I’ve tried refreshing the screen and rebooting to no avail. I’m getting really good at the first few steps. I think may delete the files and try downloading again.
What steps have you gone through to get to this point? I see that the state is “extended” so you’ve extended belts. then what?
That would be my question too, if you press calibrate what happens?
If the answer is nothing can you try refreshing the page?
Edit: Refreshing the page while clearing the cache is even better. On Mac that’s Cmd+Shift+R, I’m not sure on Windows
On windows microsoft edge: 3 . at top then settings then clear data
Doesn’t matter which green tab I click on, nothing happens. I did try the refresh button. I initially clicked on calibrate and changed the blades on my mower thinking it just needed time to do its thing. No reaction took place in about 20 minutes.
Clicked on the calibrate button.
Right after refreshing the page it still doesn’t do anything?
You should see a pretty immediate response like in the video.
Can you post the log of that happening? Maybe there is something that we can learn in there
Maslow-serial (1).log (1.9 KB)
Attached is what I’ve done so far this morning.
Thanks everyone for their help!
Unfortunately that log cuts off right after the machine turns on so there isn’t too much to see there. That’s basically just the machine turning on
Can you tell us more about what you saw?
Once i get to the belts retracted i hit calibrate. Then Nothing happens.
Maslow-serial (2).log (2.5 KB)
It looks like you are extending→apply tension→ extending → calibrating.
You should start with the machine off, retract all, extend belts, then hit calibrate. What does it do when you try that?
I’ll try that this afternoon.
Nothing.
Turned on unit, retracted belts, extended belts, toggled the calibrate button………nothing happens.
From power on you need to:
Config You need to set the Extend distance so belts can reach anchors when extended. (Approx half the diagonal distance between the furthest anchors)
Set the Orientation to Vertical (wall) or horizontal (table).
Save
Retract Doesn’t hurt to do this a couple of times
Extend
Pull out belts (twisting them against where they go into the arm, can be quite forceful)
Keep pulling belts until fan turns off
Attach to anchor points
Pull maslow down against top 2 belts (horizontal mode)
Calibrate (this will take a while with several pauses between checks while software in your browser calculates positions)
you may need to take up the excess belt slack for initial tests
if belts start feeding out excessively, be ready to power off Maslow, indicates a problem (200mm or so is not a problem, just be sure to keep pressure on to keep it from binding in the arms)
What happens if you press “Apply Tension” instead of “calibrate”?
Maybe a mismatch between firmware version and the index.html version could cause that?
What version do you have for both? You can see them by pressing the Setup → Test button

Is this still in place with 1.09? when I was working on things yesterday, I
wasn’t seeing the firmware version.
David Lang
I can confirm it is still in place:
This is mine, NOT Big_Spark
Index.html Version: 1.09

First of all, I really appreciate everyone’s help.
I will Check the versions I’m using. I think I’m using 1.07. I will go in this afternoon and download 1.09.
I was able to apply tension, once I did that all my tabs turned grey.
