Tilted sled - not sure how to solve the problem

After setting up my cnc, the sled is angled away from the work surface. I can get the sled parallel to the work surface if I place a brick at the top of the ring bracket, but i don’t think that is a viable solution. Any ideas on how to solve this? After taking the pictures, I moved the bricks higher up the sled (towards the router) and that didn’t solve my problem.

the ring is mounted too low (the angle of the chains that we see in the picture from the side is also a problem)

what you want to do is to find the point where when you suspend the sled by the ring, the sled hangs vertical

then you want to adjust either the top beam or spacers behind the workpiece so that the chains are parallel to the workpiece (or at least close too it, chains are engineered to allow about a 3 degree angle when they hit the sprockets, which is about an inch of difference at the top corners, so you don’t need to readjust it for every different thickness of material)

Set rings to highest height from sled the move them down as needed to adjust performance Processing: D0A28EF4-9C90-4922-9D83-F3C9046FDD11.jpeg…

Also check stand-off gap on top bar mine is 4”

Sorry for the late reply back. I repositioned the ring bracket and changed the spacers at the top beam. Those 2 things reduced the tilting significantly.
