Transporting Plywood Carrier/Rackmount

I’ve been using the Menard’s rental truck to shuttle plywood from the store, but it’s starting to add up so I designed a little carrier for my Subaru Outback Wilderness to carry one or two at a time. That should be well below the load limit for the racks.

I 3d printed a jig to use the palm router to match the profile of the rails for the top. Then used the mirror, 3d printed, attached to some 1/8" bar stock, and a healthy amount of gorilla glue.

If you want the files for the jig or profile of the aero bars I posted them on Printables
