Could i ask what material you’ve used and how long they took to cut,

just using cheap 7/16 OSB. Cut time varies depending on number of holes it has to plunge and the complexity of the prop outlines. I’d say the spinners took about 30 mins each, the arches took about an hour each. Snowflakes take about 40 mins each, stars take about 15.

You actually reminded me i need to upload some new images soon and maybe a short video, I still have about 7500 lights to get through, so no shortage of stuff to cut here!

At last I got a finished cut to this info-board going up on our Old Search & Rescue Vessel. We use it for tourist tours in my hometown. ( shamless plug: www.rs56.no )
Second pic is a test as I will fill the cut with colors.

It is a 150x75x1.2 cm waterproof plywood sheet.

This is beautifully done!

What post processor did you use in Aspire to generate your gcode?

A few of the most recent.

All done with Carbide Create and the classic Maslow

Those look great! It looks like you got really clean lines, both in your cut and your paint job. Any tips on the latter?

When you put down the painters/masking tape paint the edge of the tape with the color that’s under it. It will bleed under sealing the tape and allow the new color to not bleed and give you a crisp line.

I just use the GRBL (mm) that is in the list already and it works great with the M4.

I have been working on cutting a backsplash out of baltic birch.
I need to make a few adjustments and fix some things, but overall, it is working out.
