Where get the gears for tensioning?

Just received kit, what are these two small bearings?

[20180707_152624] Inventorying the box, I might figure it out one day, but don’t see it on the inventroy list? Sorry if this is obvious and I am not seeing it. Thanks, Paul

There are two gears and two sheaves as shown in the picture in the thread above. Although I used clothesline pulleys from home depot
