Won't move after success calibration

hi there
after a success calibration, i try to move the axis, but nothing move, i ear the fan start, i see on the screen that it should be moving for 100mm , but nothing move on board

It sounds like it might be in an aborted state? You can try power down, restart, release tension, take it off the frame, retract / extend, hang it back up and then apply tension. Then try jogging around.
