Y axis won't move!

I installed new rollers and magnets yesterday, in my ongoing effort to eliminate the dreaded “Position error”.

Two of the original magnets fell out upon disassembly, and one roller was broken.
I put it back together and ran Find anchors successfully. Rms error was less than .5mm

But today when I set up for a job and ran Trace Boundary the sled just moved back and forth in X, and then I realized that it won’t move up and down at all. Jogging in Y does nothing (well, maybe a little grunt, but no movement).

I saved the log after find anchors. Should I send that?

Hmmm that’s a new one! The first thing that comes to mind is that the machine has a work area bounds in the settings and the machine won’t move outside of that box. If the height of the box is set to 0 then I think it could end up acting like that.

Here’s the aft seat for my dinghy (just cut, thank you), and the boat stitched up. Sides and bottom cut last week, transoms partly Maslow, partly manual.
