The Bottom Right belt went slack right at the end of the cut (thankfully) eventually resulting in a 15mm error. Didn’t affect the cut, but obviously didn’t complete it.

For those playing along at home I’m cutting through a sheet of 100% recycled HDPE that’s 12mm thick. Part of which was previously painted over for a quicky test carve.
No sign of any static issues.
I got another 15mm error, but no slack belt this time.
The router bit was almost certainly too far gone so I swapped it out. There was a definitely possibility of vibration from it trying to smash its way through the HDPE boards, rather than (sorta) cutting them.
Performance of the new bit was a lot better.
