Belts will not retract

Green light and Red light is blinking.. Belts will not retract but it raises up and down.

I’ve believe this is a control board problem. Anything I plug in to port CN1 gives me and encoder error.

Good deduction, I think that seems right. I will DM you a code for a free replacement right now. I’d recommend getting a new encoder board and a new encoder wire too, just so that you have them in case you need them once the parts come.
