Can't see Gcode file?

I exported a gcode from makercam and it doesn’t show up to open in ground control. I don’t have machine yet, I’m just getting familiar. Did I miss a setting somewhere?

what did you name the file, Ground Control only looks for some file extensions

When I right click/properties the file, it doesn’t show a file type. (Windows)

Make sure the file name ends with .nc and GC will show it. Rename the file, GC doesn’t look at the file type beyond expecting the name to end with ‘.nc’. There are a couple other file name extensions that work but they don’t come to mind.
