screen shot below shows actual timeline of when case was opened. Buyer sent me message on Sat 4/4/20 at 5:17 pm and then opened up paypal dispute and said he wanted to return goods before even giving us a chance to respond to help him.
He ordered metal top bars as well which he was refunded for the same day he asked for a refund, that was a separate transaction.
Garrett I offered you a refund when you got the sled and even though it has been 6 months since you bought the sled I again offered you a refund. You did not buy the maslow kit from us, only the steel sled and bars.
If need be garret I will post screen shots of our email conversations. Except for 1 or 2 emails that were done 6 months ago I have responded to all other emails quickly. I normally would not post private email conversations, but when you try to bad mount us it forces our hand.
edited to add: buyer claims we would not get back to him, but got back to him on a sunday less then 24hrs and refunded his bars.
If buyer wanted replacement parts we would of sent them, but you did not give us the chance. We did not refuse a refund, we refunded the bars order right away, but due to the charge back on the kit order had to work through paypal. The narrative that the buyer somehow was patient and we ignored them is false and the time stamps show that.
Thanks for showing more proof of how bad your response was. I opened the case the day I got it because you wouldn’t respond to all the messages and photos I provided to you. Lack of communication? Shocking I know wow lol. Do you want to keep fighting this and acting like you did nothing wrong? I can post all those photos and messages I sent you. You should accept you messed up on this one and move on but instead you keep digging a bigger hole.
I suggest we end this thread/conversation. Conclusion is that there is a unhappy customer who ultimately received his money back. All other posts and “arguments” are not helpfull for the community. I personally believe in the good of people and their intensions. Maybe something went wrong and the response to that was not what you expected/wanted but let’s keep it civil.
I’ve been completely civil. You’ll also notice that I started the case a long time ago, he received the product back a long time ago, refused to refund the money a long time ago, and Paypal had to side with me due to all the proof in the photos that were provided. I only respond back to this thread when others chime in or when the seller decides to try and get out of this with lies. If everyone stops responding you’ll never hear from me about this again. I doubt that will happen and will continue to provide more proof of my side if needed. This is a fair warning to anyone else that is interested in the Maslow and they should be informed about the various vendors available. That’s one of the purposes of sharing info on forums. It’s really simple, if you don’t want to read about all of this then move on and stop responding.
I agree with MdO, this conversation has run its course. Both sides have had a chance to speak, so there’s not much point in continuing it. If someone has a new issue, start a new topic. So I am closing this topic.
