I got the error " The sled is not keeping up…" during my first cut. Motors/Encoders Test fails as well. I noticed the green light next to the power plug was gone ( still working in the photo). Tried different power supplies but nothing changed. Any way to check if the CNC motor shield control board pass away? I got Mega 2560 R3 v1.26 as well as Ground Control. Thanks
