Instructions on gear replacement

Hi, blew gear last week and replacements just came. I have not looked at it yet but can someone tell me how to fix?

There is no tutorial as far as i know. Look here Whats inside the gearbox/motor? to get an idea and be slow and careful when opening not to let it fall apart. Take care not to loose and of the position of the ‘white’ spacers. They have different heights.

Motor Gear failure?

Hi All. Recently one of the motor gear have failed [20180327_194354] The teeth of the gear got chewed off. Have anyone seen the same issue? Is there a way to just buy just gear somewhere? everything else seem like in a good condition. This assembly have less then 5 hours run time on it. I went ahead and ordered a replacement for the whole assembly, but im concern about if the same gear will fail again. Thanks

thx all super easy, 4 small screws take old out put new in. no allen screws easy
