I have no idea. The online app seems to work (on Mac), I was able to create an account and log in.
The link to confirm my account was sent to my email, so some parts are alive 
There are some sample projects to load that seem user contributed.
Just found that thing this morning and will check the tutorials how steep the learning curve is.
