No connection or interface page

So I have the Maslow built. All good there. Control board has a green light on it. Good there. No Maslow network to be found so no interface page to connect with. I have good wifi but no selection for Maslow. Computer times out when trying to reach the 192.168.0.1 site. What to do??

what do you mean when you say you have good wifi but no maslow?

are you seeing the maslow network? (it is short ranged, so you need to be pretty
close to the maslow, across the room may not work)

I’m about a foot from the machine. No Maslow network is showing up in my wifi selection pane. No blue light n the control board either.

do you have any lights on the control board? any indication that it’s actually
getting power?

Yes. Solid green light. I left it powered down for a while and to my wonder when it powered up it had the Maslow network to select. Now my issue it with the firmware update. As of now when I try to update with the usb it will not recognize the com port. I’ve tried different laptops. Same error. Plugged other usb devices into each port and my laptop recognizes the devices. Just when I try the update per the video it will give the error message about the port. I have been able to move the machine around, retract, extend, tension and all that. Just can’t get the latest update.

Your USB cable might be providing power only and no data. Try a different cable. I had to change to a 3rd one before it started working for me.

Yea I followed the procedure in the video. I’ve ordered a new cable to try and ordered a new board from the shop in case it’s needed. Will the new board come with the newest version loaded already?

It might not come with the very latest version (I’m planning to release an update this week), but it will come with a version higher than 1.0 so you can update wirelessly
