I just got everything hooked up for my new Maslow but I am not getting a light on the power supply. It would turn blue every once in a while and then go back off. Now it will not come on at all.
Tried different outlet and checked cables were night.
Closest supply I have is a 12v 2 amp. I am assuming this would burn up the supply?
The supplied one is 5 amps so 2 probably wouldn’t be enough. If you email info@maslowcnc.com we will send you a new one right away. Does the blue light go off even when the supply isn’t connected to anything? It has built in over current and over voltage protection so it will shut down if the load doesn’t look right

Yes, it does the same thing plugged into the shield or not. I ordered one from Amazon that I saw in another post. I’ll post back once this comes in tomorrow.
