Placed an order over a week ago and have received zero updates, tracking numbers, or response from the provided email I reached out to several times. Starting to feel like the shop is down or out of business? Anyone have a similar experience or a way to get an update? I’m getting close to calling the credit card to try charge back and just cancel the order.
It looks like it’s shipping out from China which saves you from having to pay tariffs, but also they are pretty slow about getting tracking information sent out and even when they do send out the tracking it’s pretty garbage. I just sent them a message asking for a status update and to make sure that they didn’t forget to enter the tracking number or something like that. I’m sorry for the delay!
Thank you for following up- sounds like it’s not totally lost in the void then . I will give it a bit more time then follow up if I don’t hear anything. Any idea when it might be expected to arrive?
It should take about 10 days from when it ships out, let’s see if they have a tracking number that they didn’t enter into the system correctly because it might already be in transit.
With the time difference we won’t hear back until tomorrow.
I did, I just got a tracking number from them that I’ll will DM you right now. The order still doesn’t have a tracking number in Shopify and the tracking number is just showing as label printed (not that they have the package yet) so I’m following up with them to figure out why that is
