SKP to SVG without Sketchup

Hello all,

First post here.

I have watched the Youtube videos showing the SVG plugin for sketchup, and tried to set everything up so I can easily duplicate the tutorials.

However, Sketchup only has 2 free versions left.

SketchUp Web, which doesn’t allow plugins,

and,

SketchUp Make 2017, which doesn’t allow files past that version number.

So basically this removes our ability to use any pre existing files from Open Desk, Digitally Fabbed, 3D warehouse, etc etc.

Has anyone found a solution to this, or an alternative to SketchUp that will still allow the SKP import to SVG export?
