I’ve had my Maslow for several years now and in the past have cut some pretty neat stuff. I am now wanting to get back into it (after about 5 years idle) and have completely forgotten how to get from design to machine. I am using CorelDraw Essentials for my graphics but can’t remember how I generated the gcode, etc. A walk-through the basics would be greatly appreciated. I turned 75 last month, finally fully retired and have got to have something to do!!! Help.

The wiki posts here and here show a couple examples of SVG to gcode. There are other options as well, but these are 2 step by step instructionals I wrote. Perhaps they might be helpful.

I second Orob’s recommendation. When I moved it took almost 2 years to get back to my shop. Using Estlcam it was like riding a bike.
