Keep stroking everyone, Patrick… you’re a legend at it. MakerMade & Sourcery are thriving. You are the absolute last person I would ever take advice from. Nobody needs your nonsense and bullshit. It’s just your dirty laundry. Everyone knows you are as fake as can be (want me to share more litigation discovery? involve your investors?) I’ll keep airing your nasty shit all day long if I can prevent just one more person from being swindled and cheated by you. Hopefully, someone, someday, will come across this and steer clear of you.
If Bar really did allow you to use his logo, plastered all over the MM website (before I cleaned it up), Amazon, forums, and Community Garden… these are shown in the images you created, this would not be an issue. Bar is attacking and accusing MakerMade for things I have/had zero involvement in, and I cleaned up the mess you created.
I’ve offered my help. Bar knows how to get in touch with me. A closed door never opens itself… someone has to knock. If he wants a hand, he has to extend his. I have zero incentive to help people who constantly trash MakerMade. I’ve extended the invitation many times. He knows how to contact me.
For you, every interaction confirms why I cut all ties. I don’t deal with people who operate the way you do. I’m finished here, and anyone paying attention should keep their guard up.
I’d really love any help that you can offer. I’m not too interested in diving into the past, I just want the operators of Amazon.com/MakerMade to stop trying to trademark the name Maslow to prevent us from using it, and demanding that we pay them money.
Anything that you can do to help make that stop is very much appreciated.
As far as Amazon’s MakerMade “store”, the only “brand” page that is owned by Makerhub LLC (as of 1/1/24) is: Maker Made - amazon.com
For the URL Amazon.com/MakerMade, this is giving me random pages of dogs (probably the equivalent of a 404/file not found). In early 2024, we filed several complaints/copyright notices regarding the use of the MakerMade trademarks. The same sellers were selling kits on eBay, Amazon, Walmart, Alibaba/AliExpress (and some other Alibaba companies like Lazada in the Philippines). Listings with MakerMade trademarks and copyrights were removed through our legal channels.
I have a wealth of knowledge about these sellers and the folks behind the misuse of the MakerMade logo, and possibly the same people squatting you and a dozen other Kickstarter-backed companies. I am unable to publicly share details due to MakerMade/Makerhub LLC’s ongoing litigation. I’ve hinted quite a few times to reach out to me privately:
Enough “Information Cleanup” as the topic suggests. We can take it offline if you have any further interest. I can provide more details when I’m not compelled by a Gag Order due to our own litigation.
